Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Information

All products are available for shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. 

Shipping fee is calculated as below:

 

WEST MALAYSIA
< 1kg – RM 8, subsequent 0.5kg increase RM 2. 

 

EAST MALAYSIA
< 1kg – RM 12, subsequent 0.5kg increase RM3.

 

SINGAPORE

< 1kg – RM 30

 

Important: Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day to receive the products or you need to ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor!

 

Generally, paid order items will be processed and posted out within 3 working days. We always work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, so your order details would be locked and sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. Once you successfully make an order, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before you check out! We will contact you should there be any special circumstances, i.e stock shortage.

 

Once the items have been sent off to you, it is in the hands of our courier partners. This means, it is beyond our control to ensure the exact days and time to be delivered to our customers. Generally, the delivery time will be within 1 hour (For same day delivery) or next day working day (within WEST MALAYSIA), 1-3 working days (EAST MALAYSIA)

 

Customers must ensure that they have provided the accurate full shipping address including postcode. Providing the incorrect address will result in the parcel being returned to us and delivery will be charged again for re-delivery.

 

 

Refunds Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • The product is different from the product ordered

 

If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DE TAROT CAFE shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product, subject to availability.

 

The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. DE TAROT CAFE will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same to ensure compliance with our refund and return policy.

 

All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 1 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DE TAROT CAFE shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

 

This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Not-returnable.

 

Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions.  Also some products may not be accepted for returns due to hygiene reasons.

 

NON-RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

  • Any opened/unsealed item is not eligible for any form of return or exchange.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at detarotcafeipoh@gmail.com and send your item to: NO. 25, JALAN PENGKALAN UTAMA 1, TAMAN PENGKALAN UTAMA, 31650 IPOH PERAK. 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: NO. 25, JALAN PENGKALAN UTAMA 1, TAMAN PENGKALAN UTAMA, 31650 IPOH PERAK. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
